Is the consultation really included?
Yes. Every appointment starts with a short conversation, and first-time colour clients can book a separate 15-minute consultation at no charge.
Do I need a patch test for colour?
If you're new to us or haven't had colour in a while, we'll ask for a quick patch test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment.
How long will my appointment take?
Cuts usually take about an hour. Colour services can take two to three hours depending on the technique, and we'll confirm the timing when we reply.
What if I need to change my booking?
Just reply to your confirmation email as early as you can. We're happy to find another time that works for you.
